Having been to 25 countries and counting, Michelle relates to all manner of people, which is an ideal quality in a recruiter. She is a great listener whose calm, levelheadedness allays the trepidation of candidates who are making their next big career leap.

Her passion for recruiting began just out of college when she worked to find expert witnesses for attorneys going to trial. She was fortunate to work on a number of high-profile cases. Now our team, and our clients, gain from her deep commitment to finding “best fit” candidates for every role on which she works.

Education
BA, Political Science with a Concentration in Law, Politics, & Theory and Minors in Legal Studies and Sociology, University of Delaware.

Michelle lives in Austin, TX with her fiancé, Matt. In her free time, she can be found exploring Austin’s food and music scenes or the great outdoors, hiking, biking, boating, or beaching.

Though she lived in Prague, she was Boston born and bred, making her a fan of all of Beantown’s teams.
